BMC Announces New 29″er: by c_g
Like many of you remember, the folks from Swiss BMC have been going full throttle in regards of 29″ers lately. While staying absent all until Eurobike 2011 (report here), where they have shown two models- the BMC Speedfox SF29 full suspension bike (which we had already tested here and here), and the Team Elite TE29 hardtail (also briefly ridden – here)- the pace has quickened.
Only during Sea Otter Classic we were invited to the launch of the Teamelite TEO1 29 – a high end carbon hardtail, sharing much of the TE29´s characteristics, but in a much lighter chassis and higher end spec. Grannygear had the chance to attend and ride the bike then – see here and here) and I had inspected the rig during the Riva bike festival.
And now – only a few months later we are invited to attend the next 29″er world release on their Swiss hometurf. We will be in the biking prime spot Lenzerheide, attending the presentation, riding some bikes and (hopefully) having a good time. I will report from what I saw immediately upon my return mid next week.
RIDE ON,

p.s: The ride picture does NOT show the new bike
Logic would be that it will be a carbon FS.
