I have one and use it all the time with my Pugsley with a Surly Bud tire on the front and Nate on the rear. Just need the strap extender for the rear or just use an elastic bungee cord. Then there should be plenty of space. I have a 4 bike rack and although you can fit them without doing that, it makes it a breeze and only adds a few minutes to the load/unload process.
