		<description>Speedplay Frogs on an MTB? The cleats get clogged with mud at the distant sight of a small puddle... totally unusable. 
On the road however they are superb. Especially on a fixed gear bike.</description>

		<description>Agree with Randyharris - Speedplay frogs rule! Been using them for 15 years, and I would never even consider anything else. Lightest pedal, simplest mechanism, most float, least adjustment required.</description>
