The Rocky Mountains Element really looks the part..

BUT

it only seems to be available in a mid spec level?

it has race/enduro stamped all over it yet one cant build it up as such. If it were available as frame only then the opportunity could exist or do we need to read this as RM will release this puppy in carbon to match their acclaimed Element RSL (in 26") or a 29er ML?

Now one of those will help level the field with the Jet9RDO which, by all reports, is the leader of the pack in terms of weight, stiffness and performance for a 100mm 29er XC / enduro/ racy dually (fully)

come on RM !!

Sorry to put you on the spot, but disregarding component specs, which would you take as your bike if you had to purchase – Anthem X 29er or the RM Element? I’m torn between the two and I know you guys have looked at both. I'm 255lbs, cross country riding only, biggest drops are 1 foot, so nothing crazy. Hard pack single track with a sprinking of roots is my local terrain. Thanks!
