I have a white 120mm version with the 20mm axle. I'm fairly heavy at 280lbs but my Minutes are really plush and work well on my On-One Scandal. Could do with getting the remote lockout though. Overall, I reckon they're a decent fork for the price.

@Guitar Ted, thanks. I knew this was about as un-quick release as you could get, I'm fine with that as the performance & price of the fork justified the inconvenience. I just wanted to check on any issues to watch out for while doing wheel changes.

@Josh: Well, that's just it, you could easily strip out the bolts, lose one of the bolts, or lose the threaded end cap. All things you really can't do with a Maxle or 15QR. Yes- You could strip the threaded axle on a Maxle or 15QR, but with only one threaded part to "screw up" ( :) ), you have much less likelihood of doing so.

I just got one of these forks w/ the 20mm axle, assuming we don't get an afternoon thunderstorm I'm planning on taking it on it's maiden (on my new Paradox, oh yeah!) voyage after work.

Can you clarify the issue with the pinch-bolts & end cap? Do the pinch bolts strip easily?

Thanks,

#2/MG: that probably has to do with the stock fork oil more than the fork's internals. Some fork oils get much thicker in cold temperatures than others...not to mention that 10W does not equal 10W anyway.
