I got a Niner Media Kit at Interbike… MSRP will be $1899.

I posted my thoughts on the new RIP on my site. After riding the 08 RIP extensively (3 months), I fell in love with it, but the new RIP takes things to an entirely different level. It is SWEEEET!

AC: Don’t know about MSRP yet, but I assume it will be a slight uptick, (at the very least) from ‘08. Everything is more expensive for 2009.

d.p. and xChokex: I wouldn’t think that your BB drop would be terrible if you are running skinnies on the correct terrian. Keep in mind that I was riding an IMBA Epic Ride trail.

The fact that I could drop in from 12 ft into a gully and pop back out the other side was eye opening for sure. We’re talking a drop in you couldn’t possibly walk down. Very rad!

What about the bb drop if you opt for skinny tires, such as road or cross? Is it too much?
