I have been trying to figure out with how many 26x3.7" wheels and at which velocity a skelter would be able to travel to aquaplane across a lake. Like Icelandic 4x4's do.</description>

If you look at the picture, there is a sign that says "Lone Star Tricycles" and the frame says DX7 on it.  Try googling those together.</description>
