		<description>Those are serious RPMs... that's probably why he described that 30-mph section as "spin, spin, coast, coast" (or something like that). On 180mm cranks... impressive.

PS -- I'm in the same weight boat, but I think I'll attempt the 40 next year on, you guessed it, a SS 29er. (but with more "mortal" gearing)</description>
