I have done a lot of upgrading, the best eing a fox f29 fork. I have shaved 6 pounds off the bike and absolutly love it now. The frame is a great value and a good riide, go Fuji. I have not been able to ride one although my LBS does carry Fuji, they dont stock this bike. I test rode a Specialized 2009 Rockhopper and really thought it was a good ride. But the component value on the Fuji seems so much better. It appears that the frame may not sit as low and the standover of even the small seems a bit high 30.9" (I am 5'10"). That's my main concern.
