Our local Trek rep had a XL built up bike with pretty normal parts in the shop last week. It was 26.4 lbs with pedals on a very accurate digital scale. I'll second and third the votes for a better color. I've been telling them every chance I get not to make it in the black, (like I have any pull.) I'm hoping for the red pictured on this site earlier. That green is pretty hot thought. These bikes are going to be light.
