I’m always holding out hope that those manufacturers not currently producing 29 inch certainly have something in the works. Proven wrong again.

Scott Turner of Santa Cruz Bicycles says there’s nothing planned for a 29er at this time. They are currently super busy with a whole lot of future and new products and none of them include anything with 29 inch wheels.

He did make it clear though that he’s “been getting an increasing amount of 29er requests these days and [they] do listen to market demand.”
